Stronger Bones, Stronger You
Join us for a dynamic, confidence-building class designed to strengthen bones, improve balance, and support lifelong mobility.
This movement-focused program blends safe strength training, posture work, and fall-prevention exercises.
Each session includes guided functional movements, bone-loading exercises, and practical techniques for everyday life—helping you stay active, independent, and strong.
Whether you're managing osteoporosis, osteopenia, or simply want to protect your bone health, this class offers expert guidance in a supportive, encouraging environment.
Perfect for: All fitness levels, including those with osteoporosis or osteopenia.

Parkour Plus
Discover the fun of movement in a supportive, age-appropriate environment. This class is designed for people who want to improve strength, balance, coordination, and agility while learning the fundamentals of parkour. Participants will be guided through safe, low-impact exercises, obstacle navigation, and creative movement techniques that boost confidence and mobility. Whether you’re looking to stay active, challenge yourself, or simply enjoy movement, this class makes fitness fun at any age.
