Group Fitness

Are you interested in Group Fitness? I offer classes in-person and online that are safe, effective and easy to follow.   I also offer private group classes on-site at your business, facility or community center.  Group fitness may be the perfect way to connect with others, add variety, and keep yourself accountable!    

In-Person Group Fitness Classes:

   Schedule for Spring 2023

  • Walk and Workout:  Ready for the nice weather?  I am!  Lets get outside and enjoy a fun, moderately challenging series of exercises while enjoying an invigorating Spring walk on County Farm Park's Outside Fitness Trail!  No equipment is required, you must be able to walk on an uneven/unpaved trail

  • Location: Outside, County Farm Park
  • Time: Thursdays at 9:30 - 10:30, 4 week session: April 27, May 4, May 11, May 18, 2023

  • Price/Registration Info:  

  • Depending upon interest, I will be holding a 4 week Walk and Workout every month while the weather is nice,  offering both mornings and early evenings.   ​​

Fall Groups/Events:

  • Cancer Fitness Group: Come join us for a supportive, 8 week exercise group to help you increase your strength, flexibility and endurance and have some fun! All exercises will be modified for your fitness level. 

  • Location:  Meri Lou Recreation Center  

  • Time:  8 weeks1:00 - 2:15 on Tuesday and Thursdays,  starting Sept 7 th through Oct 2nd, 2023
